STEFFAN ALUN: STAND UP comes to WMC Cardiff tonight! Small number of tickets still available - linked in the replies. Help me sell it out! Someone asked me what I bring to my shows, so here you go. Details in the alt text!

1. Laptop (for making notes to help remember the show)

2. Notebook and pens (for making notes when I remember I don't like using the laptop)

3. Toiletries and hairbrush (people paid good money, they deserve me at my hottest)

4. Novel (which I won't get around to reading)

5. Puzzle book (only difficult puzzles remaining, boo)

6. Rubik's cube (trying to master it because my 6-year-old niece keeps asking me to solve hers)

7. Outfit for first half (with bi pride pin!)

8. Outfit for second half (needs ironing)

9. Kitchen timer (if you know you know)

We all do things at a different pace. It must have taken me 6 years between my first piano lesson and passing Grade 1. Anyway, after 14 and a half years of performing standup comedy, I have been given the Pegasus Award for Best Newcomer.

I'm told the Edinburgh Comedy Awards are sending a scout to my show tonight. If you're at the Fringe, come along and laugh! And cheer! And say things like "if only we lived in a world where this show earned the award it so clearly deserves"!

Google's AI is nearly spot on here, except for the fact that S Club 7 have never appeared in Doctor Who, there is no musical number in The Runaway Bride, and it didn't air in 2005.

I've been wanting to play London's Top Secret Comedy Club for ages - and it was wonderful! A great lineup including Lucy Porter, Michelle Shaughnessy and Dave Chawner. An incredible audience! And, statistically unlikely but true, one audience member from Swansea.

Wonderful weekend at Cardiff Glee! A really nice lineup - Sarah Callaghan, Danny McLoughlin and Jacob Nussey - and a great audience both nights. By now it's the club I've played the most, so it feels warm and welcoming every time.
