I've not been doing as much miniature wargames as I would like. Waterloo Epics are back on my paint station, more on them in the coming weeks. However I have been busy with my storytelling/TTRPG charity. Tickets are still available
Managed to squeeze some gaming in at the weekend. Commanded the old guard attack and took La Hay Sainte.
This weeks game, something special. I punched and played this. Very narrow win for the Eldar. My plasma cannons and fleets did alot of heavy lifting.
Wednesday night i got to pkay some Warmaster. I need to play it more often...
Glasgow fire. Ive been in the middle of it. My place of work has been closed all week. I saw it starting. Ask me anything.....
Ive not played many games this year. However O Group was o. The table last night. A Scenario from desert book. Bie El Gubi. Tough for the Brits, engaging AT guns dug in. Still Italian gunnery was poor. Then the Italian armoured turned up and the Brits shouted tally ho and ran rampage. Victory.
Last night was Konflikt 47 again. Enjoyable game. Managed to use my Tottenkopf right this time.
Tonight's game a trial game of Konflikt 47. I enjoyed it, my Werewolf killed lots of fireflies. 3 Units I'm HtH Beware the moon, stick to the road.
End of year club night. Big tank rammy game and a painting showcase.
Last nights game, Legions Imperialis. As an old Space Marine epic player it was like putting on a comfortable pair of slippers.
O group again. Tonight we actually used the regroup phase. How did we miss it? Well its not a well laid out set of rules, but it is a good set of rules. My surprise best set of rules I have played all year. Need to stop wanting to adapt it for everything thing modernish.
Running the 5th Session of my Vampire chronical tonight. Govan Goes Red is the title of tonight's session.
Tonight's game O group again. I am really liking the game, its been my big hit this year. A cunning right hook from me just didnt have the power to win the battle.
Representing historical gaming today. At an armed forces hobby event. Didn't plan to and just dug a couple of my cases from the shelves.
No games this week, I have been in the wonderful Edinburgh. However, I did manage to receive this..... so expect some more 10mm Samurai.
Tonight's game, I am commanding a Texas, Mississipi and Georgia Brigade.
Tonight I wa splaying Never Mind thr Billhooks. Forgive the unpainted models I was putting on both sides. It was a Blood bath and I almost forgot to take pictures. Oh and that lively train board has had an upgrade.

I have always been fascinated by the war in the Pacific. I am blaming these 2 Spectrum games from back in the day. Guadalcanal set the Gold Standard for me of Air/Sea/Land conflict, thrown in with dealing with supplied.
