I've always had a fascination with Latin. For a lot of the GS cast, their names are some sort of flower or animal genus/species; Laelia=Orchid, Erica=Heather, etc. I like themes! For others, it's a name that fits their vibe, the theme of their birthplace, or the OC is based on a cool name I find.
