Els resultats no surten només d'una enquesta i d'un creuament. Son fruit d'una anàlisi de perfils latents (LPA) de totes les enquestes publicades fins ara i de models MRP. Aquí un mapa d'una de les estimacions.

🔍 Alternative explanations, such as changes in MP composition or petition-driven agendas, do not seem to account for the pattern. Instead, MPs appear to strategically broaden the range of issues discussed during moments of political uncertainty. (7/n)
📊 We find that during periods of uncertainty, MPs broaden the range of issues they discuss. ➡️ They set a wider agenda ➡️ They signal governing capacity ➡️ They strengthen their claim to authority (6/n)
📚 To test this, we analyse journals from the House of Commons and House of Lords in the 16th and 17th centuries. We use different models to track how parliamentary attention shifts across policy areas over time. (5/n)
