i feel since the accident back in october my brain just hasn't been running on all four cylinders. maybe it's untreated mental trauma, maybe a bit of ptsd it just seems to affect my moods greatly.

Since I have a gas stove that runs hot, we pre-heat to Medium-High, add 'em in for a sear, then lower to Medium for about, 10-12 minutes.

Sometimes, when a combination of the ADHD and Depression kicks in, it's hard to motivate yourself to do things. Even simple tasks. Like cleaning dishes. Which sat filled in my sink, for two months. Overwhelmed by it. But with my new job, and some renewed confidence in myself, I did it.
