Which brings me to a picture I suggested to be used in the article, when I submitted my piece in November of 2021 (and again, credit goes to topgear.com):
During a photoshoot for Top Gear magazine, it had a cooling failure, and, well...
... games like this have ended up being a great way to preserve cars and make them "virtually accessible" to people who'll probably never drive them IRL. That preservation issue turned out to demonstrated, tragically, when a Mazda concept car called the Furai ended up burning to a crisp in 2008
So, can I use this space to explain how the cover of the March 2022 issue came to be (where I just so happened to get the cover story, coincidentally)? ... well I'm not hearing any objections so I guess I will! Might take some time though...

a few years ago, @raycevick.bsky.social made a video about racing game featuring concept art of real life cars racing in sci-fi environments and, I swear, FH6 actually captured that aesthetic with one of its showcase events (and credit to @discophotomode.bsky.social for this pic)
