Playing games with my friends next to an open window and there is a cold (!) breeze and I think this is the happiest I've been in a while. I missed being able to enjoy my hobbies and not being sweaty. 🥹
And here's a side by side of the first two. I think I've improved! I'm learning a lot each time and can't wait to try another one. As Bob Ross said "Anything that you're willing to practice, you can do." ☺️
Korok number two, fresh from the oven. 😁 I wanted to push myself a little further than the last one so I sculpted an oak leaf for the mask and a little bum. I think they look good with bums.
Well that's my weekend sorted. I don't think I've watched it since I was a teenager. 😄
I just remembered during lockdown I used to send photos of these little finger gnomes to my friends daily. What a weird time it was.
Finally built the model kit of my favourite ever Gundam last night. It had only been sitting on my shelf for *cough* months. Then I immediately went and bought all of Gundam Wing on blu ray. 😂
I also (finally!) started work on Grendel from @fenrisgames.com Very early WIP, I'm just figuring out what colours I want and where. I'm trying to make him look like a younger version of his mum. I really love these models.
Yahaha! You found me! I made and painted this little guy over the weekend. I was ispired by @tristanwelsh.bsky.social's amazing work to do some sculpting again, but as it's been so long I thought I'd start off with something fairly simple. I'm excited to do some more and see how I improve. 😌🌱
I went on a long walk through the fields and met a hare. We stood and watched each other for a while.
The perfect time to post one of my favourites. I send this to my mum every Christmas. 😄
I love rainbows, so here's me with some of my favourite rainbow models I've painted.
I've finally got back to models and built a few Armageddon orks. These are two sets of two, built in the different configurations. They are different, but look a little bit like opposites where ork A looks like ork B and vice versa. What do you think?
A rather regal looking lion I painted for @fenrisgames.com a while back, and one of my favourite minis ever.
He's going to walk around with this pig ear strip for days before he eats it.
Fox got the all clear from the vets. 😁 His tail lump is just a lipoma (fatty lump). And as it's finally cool enough, we celebrated with a daytime walk. It's good to be outside l again.☺️
My yuzu tree enjoyed it too, there is so much fruit and it's grown so much in a couple of days.
