DYK? There was an exhibit at the MoMA titled UPA: Form in the Animated Cartoon and it ran from June to September of 1955. These are some of the exhibit photos. Besides the exhibit, they also screened some familiar cartoons as well as premiering five new cartoons from the studio. #wardsmorguefile

I illustrated 2 picture books for Chronicle Books back in 2012: San Francisco, Baby! & New York, Baby! I've always loved these books and am happy to report that they're still doing well, sales-wise. I put so many easter eggs in them, including my family, among others. I had so much fun drawing them!

I love Mel Brooks, but I hate being "that guy" to say that Ward Kimball beat him to it - Ward added an extra finger to each hand at his Disney Legends induction ceremony (it was at the brand new Disney/MGM animation studio in Florida, 1989).
