Managed a lil swatch ✨ Definitely some rough going tho, but getting a better feel for tension and where to hold so I'm not mangling the other stitches. Hooking into the 'line-ends' gets weirdly hard. Have to punch through sometimes, which I assume I shouldn't need to do 😬

What was your first drawing tablet? Maaan, I can't even find an image of my first digital tool. A wired pen mouse that had a spring-mounted "nib" for pressure detection. Was really crunchy/squeaky. Art circa 2007 (😱). My first real tablet, tho, was a wacom intuos3. The last of the sturdiest wacoms.

Update before I crash out from lack of sleep, He's fine! We just need to adjust his diet to complement his new needs. Seems what was perfectly fine before isn't quite up to snuff now with his condition. Also the rascal was literally empty from the laxatives, and was trying to relieve nothing at all!

Had to take Udon (our ferret) to the emergency vet (again 😭). Case of constipation (really bad for ferrets) and while we were there he had a huge blood sugar crash. Thankfully it was noticed before we left. He's perked up a bunch after they tended to him. And he's relieving himself without issue. 🫠

Udon's been an absolute champ and has been doing so much better. His meds have stabilized him. The vet kinda confirmed it's a pancreatic tumor (which causes insulinoma), so it's now to be seen whether or not he'll stay on medication alone indefinitely or may need surgery (unlikely due to his age).

Update He has gotten well enough to not stay overnight, so he's back home! But gotta keep up his regimen for now.
