Sadly, the post office didn't handle this well and this portion broke off, so I applied some loctite - maybe not the best solution, but better than nothing, I suppose!
I connectorized all of the inputs in case it needs to be worked on the future. I adapted my NESRGB FFC board to output into my own FFC AV multiout board design. Now everything is working - audio, RGB, S-video and Composite!
Now that audio and power were handled, time to work the output area. Initially I figured to just use the 2075's RGB output, but it was not working. So, I lifted P21-23, soldered the OMVS AV output to the 3 75 ohm resistors, then wired that to a low impedance divider (< 100 Ω) for the 2075 input.
No audio was coming out of the YM3016D. I swapped in another one, but still no audio. A forum post suggested it may be due to a dirty cart slot, so I applied deoxit, and audio is working! I moved the tap to the output of the 4558 since the 1K resistor points lowered the gain too much.
I changed the input to 9V center negative, and wired in my power board. Now we have a rock solid 5V rail with very minimal voltage drop! Now to the audio issue...
While probing around the board to verify voltages, I noticed that VCC was hovering around 4.6V, which is quite low. This MVS is biased with a 5V supply, so any wire resistance between the input and the board and JAMMA edge will drop voltage. BUT! I have some power boards that can do 5V/3A, so...
Lifting up the top panel, we have the TianFeng OMVS AV board coupled with a Jamma Nation X Stryder CXA2075 encoder board, outputting to a Nintendo AV multiout - unusual, but, hey, why not? No issues with the wiring etc, but I've got a few tricks up my sleeves to clean this up a bit...

The sync signal doesn't occur during active video. The sync is just fine. The interference would potentially occur on the RGB lines during the active video phase
The Jaguar uses a 10K R2R DAC which suffers from high parasitic capacitance, leading to a checkerboard waveform that looks like a sawtooth instead of a square wave. Genesis checkerboard waveform included for comparison

My PCE RGB desaturator works, just needs a bit of fine tuning, but it’s close! 1. Bonk, CVBS 2. Bonk, Desaurated RGB 3. Startling Odyssey, desaturated RGB Plan is for it to have flex inputs/outputs from bonanza to the DIN interface, but I will also integrate solder pads for use with other RGB mods
