was digging around in my embroidery stuff and found this old over-ambitious thing. truly barely got started before i burned out on this one 😅 maybe someday…

oooh yes very satisfying! i struggle a lot with pain scales and trying to quantify sensation, so being able to be a bit more vibes-based with my severity rating is another plus of paper tracking 😂

a printed out spreadsheet of a week of headache tracking with columns “headache?” “intensity 1-10”, “where?/qualities” and “other symptoms”. there’s a check mark in the headache column for every day. the intensity column has a 1-10 pain scale in each cell, which has been marked in pencil, sometimes with a dot on a number but sometimes by scribbling in the area between a few numbers.
