Sensibly, UESP doesn't attach 'generic dialogue' spoken by multiple characters to a specific NPC page. There are a few people who talk about muck in similar terms, but only our boy Synnolian adds this little tidbit about gravedust.

Uulernil is a High Elf smith who has a shop in Pelagiad where he buys, sells and repairs armor. He carries a steel warhammer, 50 gold and a restocking supply of repair tools.

Tavilu Moren is a Dark Elf Barbarian and Oathman of House Redoran. She can be found on the upper level of the Dunmer stronghold Marandus.

Braler Velevᵀᴿ is a Dark Elf fisherman who can be found in Felms Ithul, on the docks overlooking the Thirr River.

Rols Ienith is a hostile Dark Elf bard living in the Communal Hut in the stronghold of Rotheran. Folms Mirel refers to him as a "deranged outlaw," and sends you to kill him during the Master Index official plugin.
