How's the weather down there? Got a fun YCH from @campfiredonut.art
Seasoning, them with salt and pepper, and at @taggartmcropus.bsky.social 's suggestion, finished them with unagi sauce. Delicious!
I have been assured by my coworkers that my beard has reached the "that facial hair is intentional" threshold. Because my hair is very fine, and light colored (and increasingly coming in gray/white), it takes me a while to grow facial hair. Hopefully, it's looking pretty good.
The only hyena in my bag of tricks in my gnoll bard, Lhoryn, whom I adopted from Brian Harp many years ago.
First grill of the year. Grilling up some sliced king oyster mushrooms, trying to rescue some limp restaurant, broccoli by giving it a nice little grill/char, got some hot Italian sausages, a couple of pre-marinated, honey-barbecue beef skewers, and some butterscotch pork chops.
This is actually exactly what I've been waiting/hoping to hear. I will be returning to ANE in 2027.
It was great to talk to you briefly and purchase many fine goods from you. I will wear this happy hiking club hat with great pleasure as I go hiking.
I mean, I could not feel more pandered to by this art print I bought from you.
I should be easy to find. Also, you can ask me for chocolate if I'm not in the middle of running the game. :)
By a strange coincidence, the Meat Storm Is Coming is the name of my Meatloaf tribute band...
One of my absolute favorite ways to use up leftovers, especially Chinese food, leftovers, is by making fried rice. Sometimes when we order Chinese food, I order extra white rice just so I can do it. Usually, I'll grab an onion from the store and some green onions.
During the summer, I grill virtually everything. Everything Virgil is saying is advice I give or something I've made. Though I actually like so-called "bread cheese" for grilling more than halloumi (though I like halloumi.)
Yeah the "in between wars" tension is a great hook. Political intrigue, secret missions, and so on. And boy did we lean into "the Emerald Claws are Nazis".
Could I just eat normal Ramen? Of course I could. But why would I when instead, I can have spicy Tom Yum Ramen with shrimp, cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice?
I prepared the noodles, and I opened and started sprinkling the "sweet sprinkles" over them. I'm pretty sure that, in this case, the sweet sprinkles are a combination of MSG and either raw sugar or brown sugar. They gave the dish a little crunch, and a nice sweetness. I really quite enjoyed it.
