I sometimes remember I was doing this! October continues my real up of baking, making chocolate bundt cakes with my friend @/koboldval.bsky.social, a pavlova for my brother's birthday, and 3 different kinds of banana bread (cream cheese, struessel, and chocolate chip) to test out :> #BunnyBaking

Woops, fell off posting again because I'm sick! Anyway, September rolled around, with my sister hiring me to bake for her bridal shower, kicking off my busy season. Made a white chocolate matcha cake, frosted shortbread cookies, key lime pies, and vanilla bean macarons. #BunnyBaking

July rolls around, I don't do too much other than reworking my strawberry banana bread. September started my busy period of baking, starting with my an apple pie a la mode for my dad's birthday. Made it with a sizzling brandy sauce and vanilla bean frozen custard :> #BunnyBaking

Continuing my catch up with the year, in June I'd ramp up my dessert making further and congruent the trend of baking for birthdays. I would end up making an ube cake for my sister, and a tiramisu for one of my nephews. The pavlova would be for father's day. #BunnyBaking

My next set of treats I'd bake would be in May. The flan was made for my niece's birthday, the pavlova for mother's day, and the fruit tart was for my mom's birthday. Not the best at decorating and arranging just yet, but works fine enough for home baking #BunnyBaking

After my first successful batch of macarons in January, I would try again in April, this time with a kitchen scale. My attempts were all unsuccessful, the only real presentable ones were this last batch when I learned what was wrong. Banana flavored #BunnyBaking

I suppose I'll start posting a few things I've made over the year til I catch up to recent times! After several attempts, here are several kinds of macarons I've made in January. Can never get my strawberry macarons as great looking as that first successful batch anymore, but I'll keep trying!
