A fridge/freezer clean out late dinner last night of spicy Italian pork sausage, kale, edamame, and pickled shallots in a standard yellow curry with sake, msg, and soy sauce for seasoning + over udon noodles! It was especially satisfying after a cozy play session with a muscle pup friend 🥰
