Our 34 years together have flown by! Three kids, 3 cats, 2 apartments, 2 houses, 2 campers, lots of used/new cars, & loads of adventures together. I can’t wait to see what the next 34 years bring. I couldn’t think of a better partner to share them with. I love you Jacques!

Today we say goodbye & celebrate the life of my Aunt Lee Hovanetz (Ashton). She was an adventurous, kind, & beautiful soul. A life long teacher (30+ years) who loved my Uncle John, her 2 children, & 4 grandchildren.
Stage is set in Hopkins Downtown Park for 2026 Pride Festival from 11 am - 4 pm today! Music, vendors, & family friendly fun. I am so proud to live in a welcoming community. Thank you to the many who organized & volunteered for this!

Yesterday we celebrated St Louis Park music teacher David Davis, the 2026 MN Teacher of the Year! Mr. Davis believes each student has their own inherent brilliance that he aims to uplift. And, he loves watching them gain confidence when they learn a new skill. Congratulations!!
