oh no NSFW account (no commissions) flowery and pretty SFW account: @uglycoal.bsky.social
today I had a dream with @floreum.art's Nanaimo on a thumbnail of an animation and it looked kinda like this
here's a little animation with genderbent Maby and @jizzus.bsky.social's Jivii i started making it based on his drawing and it was very fun
tiny genderbent Maby and @jizzus.bsky.social's Jivii thing (he is unfortunately off screen, but very big) meanwhile im working on a little animation with them
New 0.4 version of Get Off My Island now available on itch io as well, here's an animation with some characters - you can edit them however you like! stripeydev.itch.io/gomi-game #getoffmyisland
Steam page just launched for a game I'm an artist for would be awesome if you wishlist and follow, I will be sharing news and animations from it once in a while store.steampowered.com/app/4870050/...
Had a character stop moving due to a bug so she just stood there watching still working on 0.4 update to Get Off My Island, but finally getting there #getoffmyisland
allowing to partially take off certain clothing, which in turns makes it reveal crotch parts on a character
Approximating underwear visible through stockings with a little texture (he does have a dick if you take everything off but I don't wanna show that in nude stockings because game is cartoony)
fun fact: i had to use Godot's custom track thing for the first time for this to execute a function call that enables/disables alpha mask from shoes, otherwise it would look like this
once you learn blender you can do anything such as dressing up your dolls with clothes and shoes that were never made for them initially
adding the ability to see other characters in inventory and interact with their equipment and inventory
random looking around with weighted importance on points and eye saccades
it is doable even without a custom shader and just by using the default one, but its more annoying and slow during computing phase. With a shader you'd just do something like this but I think you'd be limited to a set amount of masks that can be applied at once
dynamic alpha masks for body and certain clothing elements to avoid clipping clothing can tell body which parts to hide, and skirt can even tell stockings to hide a certain portion of it (character displaced for demonstration sake)
i made it with a real eye bone almost the size of an eyeball sampling a position between two points on the edges of the eye mesh, then placing the pupil at that point 0 to 1 The bone has LookAtModifier on it and just tracks points with a limits setup, beyond that its flat and just layering in shader
2D eyes are pretty hard to get right when you don't know shit about shaders, but I think it looks pretty good, had to so some other Godot trickery to get it right
