We watched a download of Shaolin Soccer in Leicester so much when it came out before Damnably, maybe before Mirrormax edited a version for westerners. Such an influential comedy. Happy to see a sequel coming. Janice Damnably is a super fan of Stephen Chow.
OB played a small 75 ticket show at this venue founded by Seiichi Yamamoto of Boredoms in 1986, that's closing due to redevelopment. This famously had wild weekend hardcore/noise lineups from 11am. Venue pic from Accorinrin.
