While I've successfully gotten myself potentially enlisted into a steady part-time job at a local Chipotle restaurant starting this week, I've also taken some time to finish up my latest commissioned pin-up as an honorary Jungle de July tribute to @prevence.bsky.social's work with a Puyo Puyo twist.

Although I don't particularly feel all that "patriotic" given recent events, I'm not one to back out of a momentous occasion like my home nation turning 250 years old. Happy 4th of July, folks!

Assuming that a certain set of thinly veiled Internet censorship laws do end up passing, I've decided to post these last couple warm up sketches early to let you all know it's been a privilege to be followed & supported by you guys. Thank you all so much.

So I binged rewatching the Amazing Digital Circus last night in preparation for the finale. I thought that last episode was okay up until the last 20 minutes, but at least I was deeply compelled to draw Ribbit with a noticeably reputable amount of pushing cushion. Hope you have a good weekend.

After a much needed break & a desperate ongoing job hunt, I've decided now would be the perfect time to grant my art commission prices & presentation a long belated overhaul. I mostly stick with Discord DMs to discuss such matters, but if you want any of the 4 available spots, hit me up ASAP.

So I haven't gotten any calls regarding whether Chipotle has hired me into their part timer ranks, but nonetheless I'll probably end up reopening my art commission queue anyhow this coming week. Unrelated note: Here's some more warm up sketches.

Now that we've straightened out this month's Wi-Fi bill & I've got a couple hours to prepare for my first job interview at a nearby Chipotle, hopefully this fully colored Tracer pinup I've drawn this morning will suffice for the time being. Wish me the best of luck, folks.

And now for something completely different: One of my rare traditionally inked sketch commissions funded by a returning anonymous client & made to coincidentally be posted a short period after The Amazing Digital Circus' inexplicably theatrically released finale was released.

And with this bonus comm I've managed to be paid for just before I was starting a brief hiatus from commission work, my late spring/early summer queue ends on what I can only cheekily say is a "home run in the right spot." Sorry about that, folks. That pun was lame. Good morning, by the way.

As a way of starting June off strong, here's the last part of my art commission queue for May before I prepare for the horrors of Floridian summer. Special shout-outs to Major Squall for commissioning me to draw Aqua from Kingdom Hearts "at a different kind of Keyblade Master exam."

As for newer digital drawings, I've decided to go with a more low-key greyscale digital drawing with selective colors as a means of making a sequel sketch to a drawing I'd have evidently worked on a couple years ago this month involving certain famous short haired brunettes swapping outfits.

Well, summer's right around the corner again (much to my dismay being the one person in Florida who dislikes summer), so it's once again time for me to post more of my recent sketches & warm-up drawings while I've been busy with both my personal life & other projects down the line.

I know I've been rather preoccupied with prior commitments this Memorial Day weekend, but either way I was still happy to accept a few requests for a few warm-up sketches before my next wave of digital drawings, including the lattermost one which I forgot to post here yesterday.

Consider these my warm-ups for the past couple of weeks, including a belated contribution to Golden Week voted for by the folks on my Discord server.

The first of my current art commission queue taken care of, & this time it's a character from some kind of "Star Fox meets Ace Combat crossover AU fanfic" by the name of Mina Mink. At least I'm finally embracing the long sought after furry OC market with this one.

I might as well sweeten this collection of warm-up drawings I posted on Twitter with at least one new sketch of @megaflare08.bsky.social's Rei Porter. Although I AM down to draw @n-kosi.bsky.social's Figura Mutata again one day.

The first of a few warm-up sketches I forgot to post here last week. Sorry for the inconvenient delay in terms of posting these here; I was fairly busy last week, & I wasn't sure if I'd already posted these on BlueSky as well.

Despite the ongoing stressful goings-on in my personal life, I've still managed to work on something special as my way of coping with them: Starting off the next chapter of my webcomic Ebony-x-Heart with a few eye-catching full color pages a la the start of some arcs in a few manga series.

Might as well also include the original sketch I reworked last night alongside a few other warm-ups. The self-portrait of myself as a monkey was more of an in-joke I had fun w. in a TTRPG design Discord server I'm in. Expect more art fairly soon.

So my complicated feelings about the past week mixed with my sudden anticipation to seeing a new Avatar The Last Airbender mid-sequel thing despite concerns over possible tax cuts or Paramount Plus exclusivity due to said film being leaked yesterday. Anyhow, enjoy some canon 18+ Melon Lord cheeks.

I might as well include the manga lists as well. Sure, there's definitely a better way to truncate these into a more standardized template, but I only just found out about the site people use to make these. Gimme a break, guys. Anyhow, expect more art later on. See ya later, folks.
