It’s been a long road so far after the accident. I still have joint pains at times, but I finally got the weight to move. Just under 255 this week, goals are 2 point increments at this time until we get under 250. Looking at last year’s pictures is depressing and motivating at the same time
And this mess is finally done! It may not look it, but that’s actually cleaner than this machine has been in a year
Safely bunked down at the Holiday Inn in Corning on I-5. The wind is hell and I was just not going to fight it any longer today. Tomorrow will be a nice, easy coaster into home.

Home! Left just before 8am and got here just after 7pm. Would have been earlier if not fighting nutri and gusts all the way here! I am sooooooo sore!

Headed back up the coast today, nice and cool by the ocean! Took Sunset Blvd all the way to highway 1. Past the whisky, the Rainbow room, UCLA and now in Malibu.
