Lauren Boebert voting to defund cancer research is personal to me.

I'm proud to have the support of so many coalitions here in Colorado. CO-04 is the top agriculture producing district in the state. We have 13,000 farms in our district and they are the backbone of so many of our communities. I will be proud to support them right back once in Congress.

Lauren Boebert is bad for our kids. She voted to gut funding for education, voting for an extreme measure that would have led to over 60,000 educators losing their jobs. Teachers have one of the hardest and most important jobs there is. They need all the support they can get.

Don't believe Lauren Boebert when she says she's against this war in Iran. She has voted to continue it *FOUR* times, now (three when I gave this talk.) And it's coming at far too great a cost.

This campaign is all about reaching every member of this district. Because let's face it, we're all tired of Boebert doing nothing for our communities.

Fort Morgan and Bobstock brought the vibes last week! Bringing this big-city music festival to Eastern Colorado is so cool and helps our communities feel united—while enjoying some fun music and great company!

Lauren Boebert was one of only 15 members of Congress to vote against a bill to boost autism education, early detection and intervention programs. This is alarming on so many levels. This funding provides much needed funding for support for families.

What an incredible turn out at the Eaton Days Parade in Weld County today! This small town of 5,800 knows how to show up! Thank you to all who came out. We had a blast!

When Chris and I first moved to Colorado all those years ago, the 4th of July was when it really began to feel like home. The communities here really know how to celebrate neighbors, local businesses, each other, and America. I’m looking forward to next year already! 🇺🇸

War always has consequences. The question is whether those consequences were fully understood before the first strike. I'm not convinced they were. Now we're facing a conflict that will be far more difficult to unwind than it was to begin. And with every passing day, the costs continue to grow.

Prescription drug prices are out of control and insurance companies are holding patients hostage. We need to allow medicare to negotiate more drug prices and help our seniors afford their medications.

I am so humbled and appreciative of everyone who came yesterday to walk in the Highlands Ranch 4th of July parade! My family, friends and community showing up meant the world to me and we are ready to defeat Lauren Boebert in November!

I hope everyone has a fantastic 4th of July tomorrow. I kicked off celebrations last night at the Brush Rodeo, will be in Keenesburg tonight, and with the Highlands Ranch community tomorrow morning for the parade!

I love my country. Part of that love means modeling service and sacrifice for younger generations and passing on that love to continually work to make our communities and country better.

Negotiation should be the first tactic when dealing with adversaries. Not bombing. That's a LAST resort. Always.

Last week was busy fitting in lots of events before the holiday! 💦 We went to the Highlands Ranch water festival learning about local water supplies. 🤝 We had multiple meet and greets. 🐄 We attended the Cattleman's Convention and heard about the challenges our ranchers are facing.

I had a wonderful time at Arapahoe County’s annual community picnic last Sunday. Events like these are a reminder that strong communities are built through relationships, shared experiences, and people who care enough to show up for one another.

Lauren Boebert is spending this week behind a TV desk. Families in Colorado's 4th District are spending this week trying to stretch another paycheck. That's the difference in priorities and it's exactly why this district is ready for new leadership.

Lauren Boebert is in it for herself. Always has been. I have decades of proven service putting country over self. The choice is clear.

You can't represent a district if you don't understand it. Last week, I joined CSU's Wheat Field Days in Akron to hear directly from the farmers who help feed Colorado and drive our agricultural economy.

Lauren Boebert knew the Medicaid cuts she voted for would hurt people in CO-04. When a fellow congressman warned about the damage, she responded "you're not wrong." Then she voted yes anyway. That vote cut hundreds of billions from Medicaid to help pay for tax breaks for the wealthy.

The work does not end on the campaign trail. I will commit to holding regular town halls and meet people where they are. I know that people are tired of representatives who have been in D.C. for too many years and have forgotten their needs.

Those conversations are what shape better policy and better representation. Thank you to everyone in Fort Morgan who took the time to share their stories and ideas with me. I'm grateful for the opportunity to listen, learn, and earn your trust.

The only way to truly understand our district is to spend time with the people who call it home—listening to their experiences, hearing where government has fallen short, and learning what would actually make a difference in their lives.
