Inspection 8 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Nocturne, NCC-75072, a Sovereign-class diplomatic vessel commanded by Captain Himitsu, Director of Fleet Diplomacy. It was a pleasure inspecting my pet’s ship, meeting her crew, & seeing the grace & diplomacy they inspire.

Inspection 7 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Damascus, NCC-74206, a Defiant-class academy vessel commanded by Captain Asmo, Director of Fleet Academy. It was a pleasure meeting her crew & seeing the discipline, knowledge, & leadership shaping the fleet’s next generation

Inspection 6 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Eukrasia, NCC-40426, an Olympic-class hospital vessel commanded by Captain Ralston, Director of Fleet Logistics. It was a privilege meeting her crew & witnessing the compassion & medical service they provide across the fleet.

Inspection 5 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Phoenix, NX-80359, a Cheyenne-class morale vessel commanded by Captain Vincent, Director of Fleet Morale & Crew Welfare. It was a pleasure meeting her crew & seeing the care, spirit, & unity they bring to the fleet.

Inspection 4 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Astraeus, NCC-70652, a Galaxy-class security ship commanded by Commodore Brandt, Director of Fleet Tactical Ops. It was an honor meeting her crew & seeing the strength, discipline, & tactical precision expected of the fleet.

Inspection 3 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Coeur de Lion, NCC-49431, a Freedom-class historical archive commanded by Captain TinType, our Director of Fleet History & Archives. It was an honor meeting her crew & inspecting the fleet’s time-traveling historian.

Inspection 2 brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Calypso, NCC-83017, an Obena-class reconnaissance vessel commanded by Captain Ty, Director of Fleet Intel. It was a pleasure meeting her crew & witnessing the precision behind one of the fleet’s finest ships.

A surprise inspection brought the Fleet Admiral aboard the USS Lovebird, NCC-13258, an Akira-class security vessel under Captain @proxelfox.bsky.social our Director of Fleet Operations. It was a privilege to meet her crew & give this fine ship the love she deserves. The Lovebird stands ready.

Some people demand the room stop when they hurt, yet ignore others bleeding beside them. They call it needing support. I call it selfishness dressed as vulnerability. Loyalty is proven by whether you return the care when the attention is no longer yours.

The wolf outside the gate is honest about what it is. Fear the one already inside the room, the one wearing loyalty like a uniform while studying your weaknesses, your habits, and your defenses. You did not lose to an enemy. You gave one clearance.

Never remain seated at a table where loyalty is questioned and disrespect is served like a meal. Stand up. Leave quietly. Build a better table with people who understand honor, discipline, and respect. A leader does not beg for a seat. They decide who is worthy of one.

You are not stuck. You are waiting for a version of yourself that does not exist yet to solve problems you keep refusing to face. The door is not locked. You are simply not ready to walk through it. Stop making excuses. Adapt. Become who the next chapter requires.

Tonight, we feel as though we failed, not only as a household, but as friends. Setting boundaries may have cost us people we deeply cared about, & that pain is difficult to carry. This was never what we wanted, but we need to step back, take time for ourselves, & begin healing.

Nothing screams American lazy comfort food quite like dumping five boxes of shells and cheese into a pot, adding two pounds of bacon, a pound of smoked sausage, and declaring dinner for the household officially handled.

It's been almost 10 years since I attended a con not as a staffer I miss my staff at @hexfurryfest.bsky.social, @furcon.bsky.social, & @furnalequinox.com, but loving my time at @fur-eh.bsky.social! Their Ringbearer swag is amazing!

They doubted me. Disrespected me. Bet I would fall apart. Yet I kept walking, not because they supported me, but because they said I couldn’t. Now I move with an Admiral’s command & patience. I do not need permission to survive & I do not need applause to rise.

Fake people smile like allies until the pressure hits. Then suddenly the mask slips, the comms go silent, and they act surprised when I remember who abandoned the bridge. I do not need pretend loyalty. Stand real, or stay gone.

Loyalty is not convenience. It is standing beside someone when the bridge is burning, the alarms are screaming, and everyone else is looking for an escape pod. Yet my loyalty is earned, not owned. Stand with me, and I will face the fire with you. Use me, and I stop answering the hail.

I would rather stand on a burning bridge than let someone disrespect me Let it burn, I don't mind swimming. I am not lowering my standards so someone else can cross over me.

There’s something about having the engagement ring on my hand that makes all of this feel so much more real. I can’t wait to fly out, see you, hold you, and finally make it official. After everything, this moment is almost here, and my heart is so full.

Keeping the 4th simple: smoked sausage with peppers, onions, potatoes, and green beans; white cheddar gouda Rotel mac; croissants; and angel food with strawberry cake. Very “90s mom made dinner from whatever was in the fridge” energy, but everyone’s fed. ❤️🤍💙

I get it. I'm not the twink or the new shiny fuck toy everyone wants, but I'm still a person. I still have a heart/soul/feelings. Maybe try getting to know someone before deciding they're disposable. Being wanted for who you are shouldn't be such a rare thing.
