Really thinking about selling off my complete Smash Bros amiibo collection. It was fun to track them all down but they are just sitting loose on the special shelves I had made for them. Anyone got advice on how I should try to sell them? Hoping to keep the set intact

June 29th - Currently I have a roleplay world that started with just one-on-one but has 'evolved' as my circle of friends have grown. Basically it's a pokemon house where my friends encounter various pokemon whose personalities are inspired by real events or pokedex facts like Lucky the pink Dratini

June 24th - Fun fact, I used to be a Boy Scout! I was pulled out due to being bullied too much, but my Dad and I kept at it with the handbook and unofficially I finished with a rank of Star. I always wanted to have the life skills as an adult.

June 21st - My academic journey was quite unconventional since my undergrad experience was 6 years instead of 4 due to some credits not transferring. I finished with a BA but then later on got a masters and currently pursuing a PhD. I've done quite a bit of schooling which has opened a lot of doors

June 20th - Growing up, the only tea I had was Earl Grey which I have grown to have a disdain for. In high school, I visited China and learned of the hundreds of types of tea out there in the world. This was especially helpful when visiting Japan and sampling different varieties there

June 19th - One of my lifetime goals is to visit all the MLB parks and get a souvenir baseball from each trip. I have gotten 11/30 stadiums so far with the remaining east coast teams being the Blue Jays, Yankees, and Marlins. Guess I gotta go to the west coast more often

Sometimes when I play ARAM with friends, I get to try some shenanigans. Like when my team goes "no way Shaco can backdoor them..."

June 14th - I am quite a bit of a gamer and even collected every smash bros amiibo. This took some time but it was a lot of fun to track down the different figures and then to display them on these shelves. I've been playing games since I was ~4 years old.

June 12th - Before joining the furry fandom, I was heavily into anime (still am to some degree) and also did a fair bit of cosplaying. Would like to get back into it but I have a different body type now compared to when I wore these. Other cosplays include Malzahar and Twitch from League of Legends

June 10th - Since August 2013, I have been a tutor/instructor teaching math, science, and test prep to students of all ages. It's been rewarding seeing friends succeed after I help them get over a tough class. It wasn't my first choice for a profession but it's something I'm still passionate about!

June 9th - For years, I've been playing League of Legends since I got into the closed beta back in April 2009. Played in a bunch of college tournaments before e-sports was a thing and even won a tournament at PAX East one year. Now I just play ARAM with friends for a fun experience

June 8th - From July 2002 until May 2013 I played the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. The decks I built for myself were primarily filled with spellcaster monsters because I preferred the chess elements of the game rather than combo on my first turn. 2x National participant, ~.630 win %, judged for 4 years as well

June 6th - After doing some self-exploration, I discovered I am pansexual. This didn't surprise my friends when I first announced this years back since I just didn't know the proper term. Basically I don't use gender or physical characteristics to define attraction but rather their personality.

June 5th - I am, in fact, a furry. I found the fandom at the end of my college experience and found a lot of parallels between the anime and furry fandom. I went with my wolf avatar, Jet, since I tend to be a "lone wolf" and the name stems from an imaginary friend when I was young.

June 3rd - My favorite sport is basketball, been playing for years. Even made the practice squad for college at one point. It's a great way to exercise and working with teammates towards a common goal. I've played all five positions but my natural spot is a 2 or 3 on the floor.

Take your pick between the two ^^ For Arcanite, she would prefer something soft/tender in terms of coils but Jet loves to be snug and toyed with. Also poking @nomadthewolf.bsky.social since I know he would love to weigh in

June 2nd - I have traveled to various parts of the world including Ecuador, China, and Japan. I've always loved traveling and learning about new cultures. Despite having a food allergy I try to explore different cuisines since you learn so much about the world when you step outside your bubble

June 1st - I enjoy going to arcades and playing carnival games since it allowed me at a young age to make use of my math skills for an immediate reward. Now I tend to donate or trade my prizes to others who have a harder time obtaining prizes. Sometimes I even get a fun art piece out of the trades!

Decided to open the 2 ETBs that vendors didn't want from me during the expo I went to. Shame since first pack was the Reshiram. Now @newlyn.bsky.social will be on a quest to hunt down the Zekrom since he had a Reshiram ready for me

Successful haul from the card expo today! Traded four of my six PC ETBs and my English trade binder is completely empty

First day of my trip in the books! Got a bunch of prizes at Round1 including some additional pokemon plushies i can bring to the card expo. Always a fun time!

Since I was going to Round1 @jazzberryjam.bsky.social asked me to pick up some of the HSR swag. There was quite a rush for the pillows they had available but I was careful to navigate the claw machines and won a few prizes. Planning to go to another one next week during my trip

Planning my birthday trip and I think I'll bring my collection of PC ETBs to trade/sell at the card expo I'm going to. They don't really bring any joy and if I can get cards I'd actually use (or money to buy said cards) then that's a win. I'll probably try to bring my extra pokemon plushies as well.
