My gorgeous nephew turned 18 yesterday. He is autistic and has very particular special interests including alpacas, tortoises, maths, Christianity, Minecraft, and Cool Runnings. So his stepmother got him a cake made by this genius lady and it's the best thing I've ever seen.

An exceptional birthday cake with an alpaca, Jamaican bobsleigh and tortoise on the top, with a Bible and maths and science books, and a Minecraft design around the side.
