On that note, many shower gels cannot legally be called "soap" because they do not kill bacteria. If you find you get smelly within a few hours of a shower, switch to bar soap and consider using salicylic acid to kill the bacteria. I use these nightly on my face, underarms, and underboob.

Looking back, I beat myself up way too hard when my room got cluttered. I was being kept at a maximum of 2/3rds of the red blood cells I need in my body, had massive iron overload causing organ failure, was fighting unmedicated ADHD AND was fighting the NHS about all these things.
Yesterday I noticed the swelling had gone down on Lucian's broken toe, so I booked a vet's appointment on Monday to make sure it was healing okay. An hour after that phone call, he doinked it on a tree when he got too excited to see a friend. Now it's swollen again. The toe doinking cryptid:

"I don't have the right windows for it" WRONG. There are adapting solutions for all kinds of windows. These are what I use for mine - it's attached with adhesive strips of velcro / hook and pile. This means it's easily taken down, and the zips open all the way so you can still use the window.

There's a seagull that divebombs Lucian every time we leave the house, and tries to drop poop bombs on him. It thwacked me in the back the other day, so I started jumping in its way to make it pivot and avoid us. This morning, I jumped in front of it and... it did a trickshot.
