Went to my first ever @gallycab.bsky.social. It was wonderful. But something more I want to say- it was so thoughtfully and inclusively planned. I don’t think I’ve been to an event of this scale that had so actively cared about their entire community. Some things I noticed….

Today’s office: Manchester Great day hosting the final of 3 min thesis. Over the past month I’ve been worked 1 to 1 with the 15 finalists and wow! They were incredible. Very glad I wasn’t competing or judging 😅 The winner, Holly, will go on to the national Vitae final with her COPD tacking topic

He’s back on the sleeper. June is always a marathon. But oh boy 😅 If you see me pass me a bottle of irn bru and check I know where I’m supposed to be next. (I won’t)

The whole festival is delivered with such heart and care. It’s a joy & privilege to be part of. I know less and less of the speakers every year, and that’s wonderful - new topics and new faces every time. Also the team felt I needed a little travelling companion to look out for me. So kind 🧸🥰
