Last night, the House & Senate passed historic legislation to protect immigrants, the PROTECT Act! (malegislature.gov/PressRoom/De...). As the longtime Senator sponsor of the Safe Communities Act, I can say w/ complete confidence it is the most comprehensive bill to protect immigrants in the nation.
