Mediterranean-ish loaded fries tonight. Cucumber, orange pepper, tomato, lemon pepper fried chickpeas, air fried halloumi, and I'm going to murder it all with dilly tzatziki.
My aunt and uncle are in town visiting and they brought me a bottle of maple syrup made from the trees on the reserve. I think I might need to make a maple old fashioned.
SS introduced an overarching narrative of reincarnation of 3 spirits bound together by a Demise's curse. This, combined with the time travel in 1997's Ocarina of Time, created a sprawling, branching timeline that anchored games in relation to each other chronologically.
This is probably my primary concern: the Zelda Timeline is an absolute mess because it was never intended to be a sequential story depicted over multiple games. The timeline of the games as it exists today originated in 2011 with the release of Skyward Sword.
It's being described as a remake, though, and not a remaster like the 3DS version. This is further reinforced by the fact that the narrator in the trailer is talking about the events in the past tense, with a piece of historical art depicting the events and characters.
A bunch of people have asked me about the Ocarina of Time remake and as a huge fan of the franchise I have mixed feelings. First is that I don't own a Switch 2 and I don't think this is enough to get me to buy one. I've played and beaten the game 100 times, and new graphics probably not worth $700.
I don't know @howlingsaltmine.bsky.social well enough to joke like this but I think it is very funny and I hope he takes it the right way
I've been waiting on these to arrive for like a month and it is EXCRUCIATING because I'm really excited to unbox them and see what they can do. Even once they arrive I'll have to wait because I want to do a video unboxing them I'M SO IMPATIENT
Tag someone who's always on their BS who should buy you a burrito @goberthicks.bsky.social
I feel like if we start tugging on the thread of relative sizes it's all coming apart
I'm a notable enjoyer of weird little guys, especially ones that do weird stuff. What weird little guys have you worked on and why do you like them?
