In case you saw some media this week about how the Western Springs speedway track (which no longer exists) has had concrete poured on it (for a project 15 councillors voted for), an injunction was sought (and declined), council was “warned” (by the speedway supporters not the court), here’s pics.

Then we got to the weirdest vote, part 3, which was vii (7) to x(10). No one asked for 10 to be done alone. I don't recall any issues being raised about 7, 8, 9. 7 - review the penalty fee annually 8 - allow for alternative pricing frameworks 9 - ensure debt collection costs included..

The Onehunga line change happened a little while ago, to terminate at Newmarket instead of going all the way into the city centre. Need to understand if those people have shifted to another mode (hopefully bus!) or something else. After CRL Onehunga line will connect west to Henderson via Newmarket

Claims that _every_ Parnell, Ponsonby & Mt Eden resident can have a 15 storey building built on their boundary are incorrect. These are big suburbs &only parts of them are proposed for 15. Mt Eden is roughly the area inbthe red circle here, much smaller yellow circle is approx the 15 storey area.
