I left Ulysses as the only book in our bathroom after college in our shitty walk up
just read the chapter on habeas from the 2nd ed. of hart and wechsler - presumably written by prof bator - and goodness it's a doozy. my fave is citing to a student note for the proposition that the state of the law was "uncertain." (question had been decided & reaffirmed repeatedly since 1942.)
I LOVED Kyle Lowry. A close friend gifted me a signed Lowry jersey @ my wedding, & me + drinks decided to wear it through the rehearsal dinner. Most of the pics from the Fri of our wedding are me in the jersey. I also woke up on my wedding day in it. Cheers Kyle. www.espn.com/nba/story/_/...
