There’s still more to do across our industry, but progress starts with the environments we create in our own teams. At Maverick Games, women have the space to grow without judgment. I’m proud of the women across the team who continue to push things forward.
I’ve been thinking about this year’s International Women’s Day theme: Give to Gain. For me, it’s a reminder that real progress happens when people support each other. Giving our time, backing one another and creating opportunities doesn’t take anything away - it creates more.
