Today we unveiled Shepard Fairey's People Power Mosaic at the Barelas Rail Yards, paying tribute to the blue-collar workers whose work helped shape our city. The mural also honors Soledad Chávez de Chacón, New Mexico's first Hispanic Woman to serve as  Secretary of State.
