Time for some pictures! I haven't shopped like this in ages and I'm unlikely to do so again. Descriptions are in the alt text. The scarf on the Dior bag was a gift from the sales associate when I told her it was my birthday. She's the same person I bought a wallet from in February. 🥰

After Prada and Dior I was ready to stop and sit for a while, so we went to our traditional special occasion restaurant. Normally we'd indulge with fancy steaks, but the seafood is good and at least 25% less expensive. It also helped that I had 2 years' worth of birthday credit (they don't expire!)

After my husband had to call the credit card people to confirm it was me at Prada, I'm going to pay for my Dior myself. Here is the champagne they brought after I told them it was my birthday.

Not just great for close needlework but also portable enough to spot ticks that need to be tweezer picked off your spouse's leg. 😬
