I want to point out that the .exe you download is _not_ open source (github.com/Yeusepe/tran... is not accessible). Also, it contains code for installing itself as a windows service, and has the ability to auto-update itself.
Still a heavy WIP but it's a good sign when you're having fun goofing around in VRC
I keep plucking away at the head shape. Getting there! Starting to get harder and harder to see that it used to be a Moonfang.
It's based on this design by @dinkysaurus.bsky.social that Khyaber bought for me for my birthday! Still got a long way to go to get it to look like this

More progress on the Moonfang Wyvern. Getting there! This wyvern edit is the first to feature a better way to rig the propatagium. It looks so good! Check it out at the end of the video.
