Been a hot minute since I loaded 120 film onto a developing reel, but it went pretty smoothly, better than I've been doing with 35mm. Hopefully I'll have some pictures to share later 🤞
3.5 months after I bought the lumber, the grape arbor is done! The proportions might be better if I'd used wider boards for the cross pieces, but I was cheap and it's going to be covered with a grape vine anyway. Juniper is a pain to work with, but it will likely outlive me (I plan to live to 107).

I've grown and matured since February, so I replaced my pax side front wheel bearing at "getting pretty noisy" rather than "barely made it home at 10mph." Apparently a 2005 Silverado factory wheel bearing lasts about 170K miles.

Harvested the last of my garlic today, a bit earlier than last year, when I harvested it on July 5. This is the Chesnok Red variety. Looks good, but a lot of the heads seem smaller than they did last year. Or maybe that's because my other varieties are so huge. Anyway, we got a fuckton o garlic.
People have been setting off some pretty huge fireworks, and Grace is unbothered, so that's fortunate. She does enjoy having a reason to bark.
So I got a new phone. I went from a 2020 lower end phone to a 2023 higher end phone (Galaxy S23+, unlocked, NIB no warranty gray market from Ebay), and so far, so good. Camera is MUCH better than my old one, which required extensive post processing to look halfway decent. No Macro feature, tho.
It was overcast when I started, but as soon as I got the laser level set up the sun came out and I had to use the ridiculous rose colored glasses to see the line.
