I finished my HG RX-0 Unicorn Gundam (Destroy Mode)!!! I've never built a real Gundam before so this was quite the undertaking, especially compared to the more expensive but somewhat easier to build Zoids!
If there's one thing I need to work on, it's crisp, clear definition of details. But for the most part I think they look pretty great! Can't name stuff on them too big because they're small models as it is
RMZ-003, the RZ-009 Command Wolf, was a much smaller kit and a one day build!!! I love it so much, even though I'm more used to the familiar blue of Brad's personal Zoid!
My RMZ-001 kit, the RZ-028 Blade Liger, is finished!! I accidentally cracked the visor (will be patching when my plastic cement comes in) but otherwise my first foray into carefully sanding nub marks and doing panel lining has been great! So relaxing~

tomodachi is great but it's even better when you treat it as a group activity and laugh at things like "having recreated the title shot of Return of the King" with some friends
Started painting Nergigante! So far, the sponging doesn't seem to have helped very much. All of the markings are very preliminary, and it will take a long time to clean them all up, especially since there's a lot of subtle coloration in his scale patterns

Rathalos here took much better to the sponging than Nergigante, having a bit more depth to the wrinkles on the wings and the scales around the body, though I maybe was a bit overzealous on Nergigante.
I think I picked the wrong model to try the sponging on lol His spikes tore it up!!! But I love the contrast it left. Still needs a little extra touchup where the spikes wouldn't let me reach.
