Not necessarily hotter. But definitely more romantic. Page 31 of Perils & Princesses.
How many sword and sorcery tropes can I fit into one piece of Appx N Jam cover art?
This is Chud Greasegobbler. He’s a ball of stuff scraped off the griddle at the end of the day holding a battle axe.
This is my OC. Her name is Dyarria the Double Stacked. Shes a Beefborn Barbarian, and wears a chainmail bikini.
Power lines spontaneously exploded. It’s a million degrees out with no AC and the air quality here is questionable at best. Electric company “fixed it” but it exploded a second time and now I’m waiting on a response
You guys, someone on Facebook commented that “WITCHES ARE NOT GOOD” if you wanted to know how promoting thjs game about squirrels and flowers is going.
Last year, Fiammingo games asked me to provide the art and layout for The Witches’ Road. A cozy whimsical board game about cottage witches moving through the enchanted forest, from town to town, infusing their magic, growing gardens and helping the woodland creatures.
Friday night at GenCon we’re gonna have a ball at this late nite Perils & Princesses live play with @madnessdiamond.bsky.social @shellyvonmiller.bsky.social @cheesecakepanda.bsky.social and CrashCandy Cosplay!
This whole running a business is frying my creativity. Trying to do more art just for the fun of it, so I let myself do some bawdy summertime cheesecake art as a treat. Inspired by a fantastic photo from @key2harmony.bsky.social
Ok. Did a little googling and realized that Barzakh is a real term and quite badass and not a made-up place name and this is pretty sick.
It's the last day to get in on the subscription pricing for The Three Trolls of Underbridge if you want your box shipped in July! (It will be available individually at retail pricing in about 6 months)
A young fan traded me a hand drawn pin for a copy of Perils & Princesses and it’s all worth it and I’m definitely not kinda crying.
Landed in Portland. Already spotted someone in a Cairn T-shirt at the airport. Excited to hang!
Been warming up by drawing Mina the Hollower lately. Such a cool character design that is really fun to adapt to my style of adventuring mice. Abit less Don Bluth and a bit more Beatrix Potter and Jill Barklem.
Fam is taking me to see Fellowship on the big screen in 35mm film today for an early Father’s Day treat.
Big thanks to my unhealthy anxiety coping mechanisms for their role in inspiring the illustrations for my latest TTRPG antagonists. Got the obsessive ruminator, the rage filled teeth-clencher, and the over-indulger.
Thanks so much! Most of the colors were inspired by this classic John Bauer illustration, but then I wanted a cool complement to the orange, and orange and teal is a classic.
Underbridge town square. One of 4 art prints I illustrated to include with The Three Trolls of Underbridge Wondrous One Shot from Dungeon in A Box.
Got on a call and feel like I'm giving Radagast today. 🍄🟫🧙🏻♂️🐿️
Got a big pink banner for Between Two Cons! Fun fact: When I drew the cover art like 4-5 years ago I had no idea this was going to go anywhere so I made it exactly the size of the book. I had to travel and re-draw the entire thing at a much larger size so that it wasn’t pixelated.
After years of folks asking, I finally got some Perils & Princesses shirts designed! Got a few different color options so you can wear a different one every day of a con. Perilsandprincesses.com/merch is where you wanna go.
Ok but look at these little guys! The printing on wood turned out so nice.
Not to reveal all my trade secrets, but the Three Trolls of Underbridge is essentially The Righteous Gemstones but with Trolls.
A look into Ugglugg’s mushroom forest in the land of Underbridge. Ugglugg the troll witch is very busy working on her magic, but might consider your requests if you can help her with the forest’s slug problem.
By the craggy hillside, through the mosses bare, they have planted thorn trees for pleasure here and there. Is any man so daring as dig them up in spite, he shall find their sharpest thorns in his bed at night - from The Fairies by William Allingham. A new TTRPG adventure coming June 1.
Oh wow big day. These Princess & The Dragon prints, bookmarks and stickers might be the tastiest Kickstarter extras we’ve ever offered.
