Can I recite dialogue, with perfect inflection, from start to finish as I watch this movie? Yes. Yes, I can. I saw it over 50 times in the theater.
Got in a short, blustery walk by the Ohio before weather moved in. Now waiting for the storm-delayed Racing Louisville FC game to start. LFG, Racing! #warriornun #nunsrantheworld (Also, the picture is tilted, not the stadium. Just clearin’ that up)
It’s soccer night! Here to watch our fav team defend its position in the league!* *as my friend Kevin declared.
First trip to the KY Renfaire today. The food was … not impressive. The level of craftsmanship & creativity at the booths & costuming & events was! We conquered the maze & I did some “swordfighting.” Our walk length was prob a mile. #warriornun #nunsrantheworld
Worked up a sweat this morning by sitting on the shady deck, vigorously reading a book & drinking coffee. #yetanotheritssohotpost #ughhumidity #heatdome (But just to be clear, I’d still rather have summer than winter).
View of the valley & waterfall from the front, starting from one cliff side, panning across to show the waterfall from the front and the large cave behind it where you could climb up and stand and look out. The prior video from behind the waterfall was actually taken from the ground.
Some vids of our waterfall adventures from Hemlock Cliffs last Sunday. Not one, but two ‘falls that we could get in the creek and walk right up to! ⬇️ #warriornun #nunsrantheworld
Going wayyyyyyy wayyyyy back, Pilot from “Captain Power & the Soldiers Of the Future.” The actress wanted to leave the show, so the writers gave Pilot a hero’s death, but man, the character had a great backstory & a sweet developing romance (straight, sorry!) with the MC.
About to tackle Hemlock Cliffs in the Hoosier National Forest. #warriornun #nunsrantheworld
Stuck yesterday & again today. Hopefully I’ve filled my quota now.
Stuck by the third train in two days. Train whammy is really showing out. ☹️
Yes, yes, the baby is adorable, but it won’t be long before it’s eating all my native flowers, if it isn’t already. I know that’s their food and I don’t mind sharing, but for heaven’s sake, let the plants I put in get well established before you eat them!
About 4 miles and 3-million feet* of elevation at The Pinnacles. Whew! It was warm, but low humidity meant it wasn’t unpleasant and the colors of the scenery were very vivid. *actual feet: 793, but very steep. #warriornun #nunsrantheworld
On the road to Berea. Yesterday’s hiking trip to The Pinnacles postponed to today for extra drying time after all the rain. #warriornun #nunsrantheworld
Frog conversations at Mount Saint Francis. #warriornun #nunsrantheworld #nature
Planned on hiking someplace new, but the road to it was blocked, so revisiting My. St. Francis. #warriornun #nunsrantheworld
Feeding them treats on their sides of the door at the same time, so they associate each other with something good, is a good bonding trick. I foster Feluk cats for our humane society & it’s bittersweet knowing time with them is limited. It’s a wonderful, strong thing you’re doing!
An evening spent with the coaches! What a great season ticket member event, @racingloufc.com! Had a welcoming committee when I got home.
Holy crap, what a game! Down 1-0 at the half, LSC came back and tied it to send it into overtime, then scored twice more.
Stopped in downtown Frankfort for lunch on the way to see Lexington Sporting Club Women in the Gainbridge Super League finals.
