Hi new followers. I turn games into novels and stories for a variety of publishers. I started with D&D stories for Wizards of the Coast, including this gothic adventure in Waterdeep's graveyard. Still available in ebook and audio.

From 1924 endpapers to gorgeous 2026 cover! When I told the designer that my fairytale collection inspired several of my stories, she wanted pictures. Eventually we settled on these endpapers by Violet Higgins Moore and she cleverly gave the elements a new twist.

Saturday Zoom chat with my book collecting group. We started off as Oz collectors, but several of us have other interests. I mentioned I've been picking up Owlcrate editions of favorite books, like Swan's Daughter. They thought the reversible dust jackets were fascinating.

Unusual large folding board book from Whitman Publishing Co (circa 1929). This picture book was published in paper covered boards, bound on one edge with reddish brown tape, so it can unfold into one long story on each side. Rabbit, rabbit! The merry month of May is ended but the sun is shining in Seattle for the start of June. This will continue until the last student is released from classrooms...then Juneuary will drop rain on all their summer plans.

Recent addition to the office art: two prints of Tove Jansson’s Hobbit art. Probably taken from the 2016 Tolkien Calendar. I’m a fan of the Moomins and also have Jansson’s Alice in Wonderland. The scenes I picked are Gandalf with the trolls and Bilbo in Smaug’s cavern.

It's a mystery book -- as in I can't find any information on the year of publication (late 1920s or early 1930s at best guess). It looks like Grace Drayton art but the publisher has no information on illustrator or author. An early and charming example of a board book:
