First Stormcast I ever painted vs my most recent efforts. #GamesWorkshop updated their design, and I updated my painting skills! #Warhammer #ageofsigmar #warhammerageofsigmar
Taking a break before I start on the small details (so there's plenty of opportunity for me to screw up), but so far these are looking like the best Stormcast I've ever painted.
Pleased to report that the AI scanners have enjoyed my novella
I think I may lighten the brown because I'm worried about it darkening too much once printed, but other than that, I believe we have a winner for the cover. What do you think?
You can take the schoolboy out of the Catholicism, but you can't take the Catholicism out of the schoolboy.
It occurs to me that 2.6k followers is the sweetspot where I can post hot takes without getting dogpiled, so here we go:
I'm gonna be up all night trying to draw a perfect circle at this rate. mino.mobi/draw/
At this point, I've written a lot of books, but one of the proudest accomplishments of my writing career is the climactic chapter of The Thief and the Wild. (1/12)
We moved yesterday! Fuck, fuck, fuck, there is more that needs to be done than I thought and I need to figure out how to get an extra $200 or so fast. Anyone feeling generous? ko-fi.com/seannb/ You'd also be helping this little guy (who was very frightened and upset yesterday):
After months of stalling, I've finally managed to break through my writer's block on my slasher novel, Lipstick. Over the past two weeks, the rough drafts word count has doubled from 8k to 16k. And I've written a draft of the blurb:
His name is Edgar Allen Pig, and he may be an asshole, but he is our asshole.
I have been thinking about this panel for years. Stan Lee's writing was truly without peer.
Anyway, I would like for this book to hit 35 sales by the end of this week (it is currently at 33): books2read.com/u/brJ08e
Here's your reminder that I wrote a horror novella about people trapped in an apartment during a hurricane while being hunted by a freaky eldritch vampire monster, and that you can read it right now: books2read.com/u/brJ08e
25 copies have now been sold. My goal is 35 by April 13th. If you're at all interested in a short horror book featuring an eldritch vampire, a hurricane, and lesbian polycules, then check out IT CAME FROM THE FLOODWATERS: books2read.com/u/brJ08e Ebook: $2.99 Paperback: $12.99
Can I get two more sales of IT CAME FROM THE FLOODWATERS today? Just so I can say it hit 20 sales in its first week? (The goal is 35 in the first month) books2read.com/u/brJ08e
Big fan of JRPG heroes with red/black color schemes who lose their innocence when familial betrayal kills their younger brother and they become imbued with demonic power. Great stuff.
