How does our happy heat pump share offer for Charlton Park Academy work?

💡 Investors buy shares → Selce installs the heat pump.

💡 The school pays Selce a fixed annual fee (pay-as-you-go, not per kWh).

💡 Savings are greater than fee → the school saves from day one.

💡 Selce owns, insures and maintains the system for 10 years.

💡 After 10 years, ownership transfers to the school — a 20+ year asset they didn’t have to find £70k for.

Heat pumps deliver around 3 units of heat for every 1 unit of electricity.

Most of that electricity is generated on the school’s own roof — making this some of the cleanest heat available anywhere in Britain.

if we’re successful, The 60kW heat pump will reduce emissions by the equivalent of 33 households’ electricity usage per year.
