Going from 22kg shrugs to *7* kgs is killing my spirit, but I have to keep internally chanting “You’re injured, a slight inconvenience of not lifting your max for a month or so is better than not lifting AT ALL for several months because you needed surgery” Ugh I hate that this is even a thing
