34. Gunbuster Holy crap. This might actually be perfect. The characters, the story, the thesis/themes, the arcs, the mechs, the art direction. It's all impeccable. I can't praise this one enough. Honestly a new all-timer for me.
33. Mobile Suit Gundam (Movies 1-3) Excellent saga from beginning to end. Everyone's written really well and it all wraps up so satisfyingly. It's also just really cool. Glad to have gotten an opportunity to experience it all. My boy Amuro has been through a lot.
32. Dawn of the Dead (1978) Really awesome film. Excellent zombie and action stuff aside, all the main characters are incredibly likable and you really want to see them power through all this. Scope is broader than the OG NOTLD, but still manages to feel very personal. Excellent stuff all around.
31. Backrooms A super interesting take on the concept in general. Cool world-building that still leaves a good bit to the imagination. I vibe with its storytelling methods quite a bit. Some stuff around the end I'm a bit iffy on, but overall it's great!
30. Toy Story 5 I'm aware 1-3 is held very dearly. But all things considered, I think this is a pretty solid. I enjoyed it. Given the themes and characters it explores, it feels like way more of a natural extension from 3 than 4 was, and ties in with Toy Story's thesis as a whole better than 4.
29. Muppets Most Wanted These movies have always had a neat balance of sincerity and comedy. This one feels like it leans a bit more into the latter, and I think it still works! A lot of Muppet comedy with still enough heartfelt sentiment to go around. The jailhouse song might be an all timer.
28. Great God Grove Wow, what an cool journey. Interesting world building. Compelling characters with REALLY AWESOME designs and art direction all around. All wrapped up in a fairly lovely story. The gameplay loop of using people's speech as the main vehicle of progression is unique and cool!
27. Bulb Boy 2: Jar of Despair Played the original on Switch years ago. This one is a short fun successor. Still captures the creepy-cute vibe fairly well.

If nothing is quite grabbing ya this gaming reveal season, here are some personal underrated (around 2k Steam reviews or less) indie game recommendations for you to check out! I don't get anything out of this. Just wanna give some gems some exposure. Steam links in the replies.
26. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past There's a lot I like. The presentation, style, and dungeons. Admittedly, there are some old school things about it that made my full playthrough kinda frustrating at times. That might just be me getting filtered. But I can see why it's seen so highly.
25. The Muppets (2011) Wow, what a return to form. It's a modern day Muppet movie in all the right ways. It's funny, it's feel good, the songs are nice, it's got Minecraft Steve. It does a surprisingly good job bringing back magic and feels right at home next to the previous movies.
24. Obsession Cool take on an established story archetype! One of those kinds of movies where it's a horror, but can also be partially a comedy depending on your sense of humor. Either way, I think it works well! Really good use of lighting (or lack there of) throughout the whole thing.
23. Plate Up Haven't played Overcooked, so I can't compare. But this was nice to play. It's especially fun if you have other people and everyone has their assigned tasks. So you can get into somewhat of a flow state like a well oiled machine. I'm an epic pro at putting pizzas in the oven now.
22. Gamble with Your Friends It's gambling. It does what it says on the tin. Much like many party games, it's a vehicle for you to make your own fun with your friends. It's cool, but idk how much staying power it has. Your mileage will vary depending on how much you like a game that's 100% luck.
21. Everything is Crab This is a bite-sized rouge-like, but it's still very enjoyable. Mixing and mashing your evolutionary builds is cool to experiment with. If you're looking for a smaller, shorter rouge-like, this might be good for ya.
20. Moral Orel Wow, such a good run from start to finish. A really funny, satirical, and surprisingly emotional show that showcases the caveats that can come with religious interpretation. Which eventually flips and becomes something completely different. (1/3)
19. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie I'm not gonna sit here and debate on if this is high art or engaging storytelling. You already know it's not. But it's still a good time if you just wanna have some fun. And it's quite pretty as well. I pretty much got what I expected out of it.
Woah they updated Rayman's eyes in the Retold boxart from yesterday. What are your thoughts?
