If you’ve never tried Pav Bhaji, and you see it on an Indian menu, please get some! This is my version I made today, sooooo good 🤤

One bun sliced in half, next to a bowl of bhaji made of mashed sweet potato and cauliflower mixed in with cooked tomatoes and spices, with sweetcorn. A knob of butter and coriander on top.
