Holy shit: I've just learn that someone made an unofficial fork of MAME with better M2 emulation. I've just tested it and... Battle Tryst works pretty damn good! finally! According to the readme there was "no hacks involved". I honestly don't know why this wasn't commited to the official MAME build

Ah y esto también funciona, al fin sin la necesidad de un parche/hack y corre excelente comparado con lo horrible que corría en Play!

Por cierto, el emu también corre Tekken 5 en su versión 1.0 que estoy casi seguro que eso no se podía hacer hasta ahora (sí, si sé que el de PS2 está basado en esa versión pero hablo de arcade)

Estuve probando un rato corto PCSX2X6, el fork de PCSX2 que salió hoy y emula System 246/256. Lo probé un rato corto con Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection y funciona de maravilla. Ya no es necesario usar Play! que pide una cantidad ridícula de tarro. Bien ahí
