There are four plates in total. The first plate covers half of its head but leaves room for its eyes. The upper lids of its eyes appear to be covered with additional plating. The three plates on its back overlap and each one has a single black triangle in the middle. It has a long spike on each side of its head that curves backward, large yellow eyes with two short extensions over them like eyelashes, and two flat antennae that extend over its back. There are eight short legs on its underside, and it has a long, prickly tail.

The child is shown wearing a dark purple hoodie and green bulky shorts. Standing behind them is an overweight figure with lightly tanned skin. They stand over the child with their right hand placed on the left side of the child's shoulder while their face is obscured and out of frame. In the artwork, Rivers is shown jumping into the air with an overjoyed expression on his face while doing the “peace” V-handsign with his right hand. In the background there are numerous reddish shrimp that form a repeating diagonal pattern. Next to Rivers red and yellow graffiti-inspired letters that spell out his name.

There is additional text accompanying each sketch. The text to the right of the first sketch reads: “Shiana is Seraph’s agent and her PR manager. The two have worked together for seven years.” The text underneath the second sketch reads: “Seraph and Shiana were frequent drinking partners. They used to hang out more often, but have done so less and less ever since the New York Incident.” The text to the left of the third sketch reads: “Shiana has venomous fangs that she almost never uses.
