Just. Words. Inspiring words.
Maybe the move is playing Xavi wide, but we're screaming out for depth/talent there. Where does Gallagher play? Bergvall sold next?
Assumes Romero, Sarr, Vic all sold. Some holes on the wing, but there's barely room for Bergvall, and no room for Luka V. I don't like it, but I could see the logic of flipping one of them into a winger like Savinho. The team makes sense again!
What's that? The Suns have a tradable low value 1st and have gotten tax relief? Lemme hold that 1st:
I had a lot of neutrals because a lot of these questions were whack. WITH THAT SAID I WIN
Joan Didion, dismantling the hippy movement of the late 1960s in barely more than a page - “from Slouching Towards Bethlehem.”
I just did it. I'm listening to offers on anyone I think I can get a fee for that is at peak or post peak. The injured guys would be there too if they weren't, you know, injured. Realistically only a third of them will be sold.
I’d push back on your push back (we agree on recruitment quality I think) in that the club as a whole has de-prioritized passing tactically which is at least partly to blame for some of the player passing regression. And carrying a single bad passer is harder now than it was four years ago
I have strained my Achilles once in college severely, and then once during soccer much less severely. I’ve never had tibia trouble, but as a small suggestion, I’ll say that if you can find black places to run or ride the bike, that has helped me.
In the presence of greatness. The author of “The Book with No Pictures” is in the house.
Not pictured, but MEM gets to swap either of their two 2030 1sts with CLE. The POR 1st is the cost of taking Pat Williams instead of Heurter. I think only CHI would say no to this, but it's not bad for them either (assuming they want to take a shot on Ja, which prob not).
I wonder if the Pistons would take Ayo for Ron Holland and a good 2nd this year? Bulls would turn Ayo and expirings into the Ja Morant experiment. Grizz get Holland and expiring which I would then go use to get the picks for bad deals.
Not pictured, but MEM sends the less favorable of its 2026 1sts to SAC also. Who says no?
This is an example of perfectly acceptable defense from a player he size and build of Ja Morant. Smart scores, but Ja is contesting the space:
MEM sends UT a 2nd round pick. Kyle Anderson is NGT for next season. Who says no?
Would CLE like to shake things up, and get a mulligan for Jerome, without giving up too much control over their picks? (Tyson is a Hrd's guy, but this trade cuts so much $ from their tax I think you can get 2 swaps and Tyson).
Beautiful screen for the screener by Cam and Jaren at the bottom of the screen:
One noticeable change is that Ja struggles to find straight line drives to the rim this year. He just can't fight through hand checks with sheer force like he used to. Check the amount of sideways dribbling it takes to get around Ryan Rollins:
RKM up top with Xavi or Bergval on left? Or are we rocking 4-2-2-2 with Kudus/RKM staying high?
I guess Naz isn’t the issue, it’s McDaniels and others who don’t collapse. I wonder if Naz is lower if JJJ never attempts that drive.
I don’t know why teams treat other players differently than Ja, but Naz Reid being up on Clarke instead of at the nail gives JJJ a cleaner drive to the basket here:
