#NowWatching #KnoxGoesAway (2023) I like this crop of "hitman loses his memory" stories we've been getting these past few years. It's a compelling subgenre. They also tend to be actor's showcase pieces, and this is no exception. I dig that.

97°F (36°C) Humidity is only 52% though, which is low for us. While this is very hot, and it's very abnormal for the region—or at least, it was until now—it is livable. It'll be less comfortable at night, when it'll be in the low to mid-80s F, but also 80% or higher humidity.
Kettle corn! As a rule I am not the biggest popcorn fan. Like, I'll eat it if you put it in my face, but it would never occur to me to buy it or make it. But hot, fresh kettle corn, sweet and savory? Oh heck yes. Ideally, with peanuts! Runners-up: Candy or caramel apple; shave ice or Sno-Cone.

Q: What actor or actress chewed the most scenery in a single movie? Nicolas Cage in Vampire's Kiss (1988). One of his worst performances, too; it wasn't just scenery-chewing, it was *bad* scenery-chewing. I love it.

Obviously I love this. Intentionally or not, the suffragette kitties were AWESOME. It may not have been what I anticipated in clicking on "Freddie Mercury" in Trending... 😄 (One or another of the Bluesky developers did say recently that they are working on this. Keep at it, I guess.)
