I was born in Leicester but have lived abroad for many years. I'm a university teacher, here to talk about sport, books, TV series, walking, food, politics, AI and anything else that interests me. I'm opinionated but open to other views.
House was completely surrounded this year and 3 years ago. It's less flooding than a rise from the nappe. Had swans swimming to the front door. Need waders to take dogs out for toilet walks.
We have front door and back door open for the Atlantic breeze and a pretty average Aircon for when the wind stops
Epileptic fits - funny you should mention those. We have a 4 year old daschund who suffers from fits, now and again. He had one yesterday evening,I think it was because of the incredible heat yesterday. Happens to have become paralysed a year ago so runs in wheels and wears nappies. Happy dog though
Been thinking it's time for a couple of years and then she tells me that it's not yet.
This is a beach in accra where returned fast fashion clothes are dumped. Big companies like M&S, Next, Primark involved. It needs to stop.
