it is actually quite simple how i did it! the mouth and eyes are just shrink-wrapped onto the model and things like the pupil and teeth are driven by a texture! and the lines are just planes i pose floating in front of the model from camera view! so it does look off when outside of the camera :3

Realized I’ve never posted this but got a slightly updated ref! Mostly just making the colors a bit simpler by getting rid of the mid-tones on the elbow and knee and changing the back to be a drippy heart :3 Again amazing ref by @harperdeer.bsky.social !
